    Full automatic frequency type ultrasonic plastic welder and synchronized with European and American technology.

    • Features

      1. Automatic frequency self-checking at startup.
      2. Automatic tuning (frequency control).
      3. Resonance frequency compensation during the welding cycle.
      4. Full-Bridge IGBT module drives the transducer.
      5. PWM (Pulse Width Modulation) amplitude control, linear adjustment from 50%~100%.
      6. PWM (Pulse Width Modulation) startup vibration (8 selective ramp start-up settings).
      7. Protection against ultrasonic frequency deviation, high voltage and over current.
      8. External control box display ultrasonic frequency and welding energy.
      9. Frequency compensation as horn’s working temperature increase.
      10. Abnormal welding alarm.
      11. RS485 communication interface.
      12. 3 welding modes：Time mode/ Trigger pressure mode/ Energy mode (target & interval setting).
      13. Monitor and transmit each welding parameters and status (requires remove the control box and connect to the computer).
