K-SONIC Surgical Mask/Disposable Face Mask Machine has 2 different models, the KMU-3001 and the KMU-3002. The KMU-3001 are desinged to make the main body of the face mask, whereas the KMU-3002 are designed to weld the elastic earloop onto the mask to complete the process of producing a face mask. The KMU-3001 is a fully automatic machine for producing the main body of a mask by feeding in with raw material, inserting and cutting nose wires, pleating, edge hemming with the Ultrasonic Welder and cutting it into a shape of a surgical mask. When the main body of the mask is completed, it can be manually placed into the KMU-3002 Elastic Ear-Loop Machine. The KMU-3002 will then automatically weld the ear loop to the face mask using an Ultrasonic Welder, then the completed face mask can be collected piece by piece and ready to be sold to customers.

เครื่องรุ่น KMU-3001 ได้รับการออกแบบมาเพื่อผลิตส่วนหลักของหน้ากาก และ KMU-3002 ได้รับการออกแบบมาเพื่อเชื่อมยางยืดเข้ากับตัวหน้ากาก KMU-3001 เป็นเครื่องผลิตหน้ากากอัตโนมัติสำหรับการผลิตส่วนหลักของหน้ากากโดยการป้อนวัตถุดิบ โดยตัดลวดปิดจมูกเพื่อใส่เข้าไปในผ้าปิดจมูก ตามด้วยจีบผ้า เย็บขอบด้วยเครื่องเชื่อมอุลตร้าโซนิค และตัดหน้ากากอนามัยเป็นชิ้นๆ เมื่อส่วนหลักของหน้ากากเสร็จแล้ว ก็สามารถนำส่วนหลักของหน้ากากเข้าในเครื่อง KMU-3002 เพื่อที่จะเชื่อมตัวคล้องหูเข้ากับหน้ากากโดยอัตโนมัติ ก็จะได้หน้ากากสำเร็จรูปพร้อมใช้ พร้อมส่งออกไปขาย
